COVID-19 Response Team Update

Updates from our team:

  • We are highly encouraging people to stay home unless people need to do essential travel for things like food, medicine, mail, or other necessary items.
    • If you need to travel for any reason, please practice social distancing and maintain approximately six (6) feet away from other people.
    • If you are sick, we want to emphasize that people need to wear facemasks when they’re around other people or in a healthcare provider’s office.
    • Please also clean your hands often either by using soap and water for over 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer with over 60 percent alcohol.
  • Yesterday we met with Humboldt County, Del Norte County, and the River Tribes to help in collaboration efforts.
  • As of earlier this week, we have received additional food for the food bank.
  • We have started a podcast, please search on your favorite player.
  • Please connect with us in order to identify essential items to discourage trips to town.

We are asking that you share our information with family and friends as we want to reach as many people as possible.

So to repeat, you can reach us:
